Chris Sole

Chris Sole has extensive work experience in the technology and software engineering field. Chris is currently the Director of Software Engineering at On the Beach, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Engineering at Santander UK from December 2019 to January 2023.

From June 2017 to November 2019, Chris held the position of Head of Internet Banking, Director at Barclays UK. Before that, they were the Head of Digital Software Development at Argos from October 2015 to May 2017.
