Will Barden

Will Barden is currently the Head of Product at On the Beach, where they are responsible for leading customer-facing product development. In 2021, they served as the Product Director at FutureLearn and was accountable for product, design, and delivery functions. Prior to that, they were the Product Group Lead at Booking.com, leading a group of product teams and achieving significant results in conversion, customer contact reduction, and talent pipeline development. Will also has experience as a Product Manager at LADbible Group, where they led product innovation and launched new platforms. Will began their career as a Software Engineer in various roles.

Will Barden has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Advanced Computer Science from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Internet Computing from the University of Liverpool. Will also holds certifications such as Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, Machine Learning product management from Udemy, and Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org.
