Alison Bliss

Alison Bliss is an accomplished restaurant management professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as the General Manager at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina since October 2018, Alison has previously held similar positions at Hooters of America from August 2016 to November 2018 and Buffalo Wild Wings from August 2011 to October 2016, where a dual role as General Manager Operations and Manager was undertaken. Additional experience includes a service manager role at Chili's from September 2012 to November 2013. Alison holds an RDA degree in Dental Assisting from Western Career College, completed between 2008 and 2010, and graduated with a 4.0 GPA from Columbia College with a focus on General Education in 2006.
