Amy Koziol has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Manager at On The Border since September 2015. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Restaurant Manager at Bertucci's from May 2014 to September 2015 and served as General Manager at Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill from May 2003 until May 2014.
