Mark Hoggard has extensive experience in management and leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Branch Managing Partner at Accord Marketing and Management since June 2013, Mark focuses on developing skills in individuals, whether educating homeowners on insurance processes or training project managers in collaboration with adjusters. Concurrently, Mark has held the position of Assistant Manager at On The Border since September 2012, where responsibilities include implementing cost-control strategies and managing beverage inventory. Previously, Mark served as General Manager at Jose Peppers Marketplace and as Bar Manager at Gusanos Chicago Style Pizza, overseeing employee schedules, inventory management, and business development. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Missouri Southern State University, completed in 2010.
