With over 450 successful redesigns completed across five continents and various industry sectors, ON THE MARK is recognized for its extensive experience in modernizing operating models for diverse businesses. Additionally, Mark holds the position of Trustee at the Organisation Design Institute, contributing as an original board member to this platform for research and professional development. Mark's educational background includes a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Jose State University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fresno, and a high school diploma from Archbishop Mitty High School.
