Andrea Kalsow

Andrea Kalsow has over 10 years of work experience in various roles, starting as a Teaching Assistant at Saddleback Valley Unified School District from 2009 to 2011. Andrea then worked as a Community Relations Coordinator at Brookline Interactive Group from 2011 to 2015, where they cultivated partnerships and grew the organization's membership program. From 2015 to 2018, Andrea worked at Franciscan Children's as an Advancement Associate and later as a Campaign Coordinator and Advancement Operations Coordinator, where they supported high-level staff and managed various campaign-related duties. Most recently, Andrea served as a Development Manager at Literations from 2018 to 2021, overseeing grant coordination and individual and corporate fund development. Andrea is currently the Director of Development and Communications at On The Rise, starting in August 2021.

Andrea Kalsow earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Boston College, College of Arts and Sciences, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they briefly attended Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2010, focusing on Spanish and Humanities. In 2009, Andrea also attended Saddleback College, but the field of study and degree earned during that time are unspecified.
