Doug Dandurand

Doug Dandurand has a strong background in the staffing industry, with experience in various leadership roles. Doug is currently the President of On Time Staffing, LLC., where they specialize in providing temporary staffing and onsite services to the light industrial market. Previously, they served as the President of TalentLaunch, an acquisition firm focused on the staffing industry. Prior to that, Doug was the President of Advantage Resourcing, a staffing company with a wide range of specialty practice groups. Doug also held the role of President - East Region at EmployBridge and worked as a District Manager at Randstad. Doug began their career as a Regional Vice President at Robert Half International.

Doug Dandurand attended Kansas State University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
