Jocelyn Mellinger is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager - Staffing at On Time Staffing since November 2022, Jocelyn has previously held significant HR leadership roles including Human Resources Director at TalentLaunch, where responsibilities included the continuous improvement of HR systems and compliance with employment laws across the US.
