Kayla Zwirko has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kayla currently serves as the Director of Learning and Engagement at On Time Staffing, where they specialize in providing onsite staffing solutions to the light industrial market. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Development Specialist at Michael Page, where they executed talent development initiatives across North America. Kayla also worked as a Professional Development Specialist at TalentLaunch, where they identified gaps in onboarding processes and implemented customized e-Learning solutions. Furthermore, they served as a Recruiting Manager at The McIntyre Group, a TalentLaunch Operating Company. Kayla has previous experience as an Event Manager at MKTG, where they led end-to-end event development and execution.
