Hacinta Naidoo

Hacinta Naidoo is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion at On since May 2025. Previously, Hacinta held the position of Head of Diversity & Inclusion Strategy & Governance at Zalando from February 2024 to May 2025. Hacinta has an extensive background in DEI, having worked at Ralph Lauren from September 2017 to February 2024 in roles such as Director - DEI EMEA, Diversity & Inclusion Manager (EMEA), and Talent Acquisition Manager. Hacinta's earlier experience includes leading recruitment efforts as Resourcing Talent Manager at Mothercare and serving as Internal Recruitment Business Partner - EMEA at Korn Ferry Futurestep. Hacinta holds a degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed in 2007.
