Jennifer Hornick

Jennifer Hornick currently serves as the Vice President of Professional Services at ON24, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Lytics as the Vice President of Customer Success & Professional Services from March 2020 to February 2024, overseeing all post-sales customer functions. Jennifer's experience includes a role as Senior Practice Manager at Akamai Technologies, managing a large team across multiple global sites, and leading the Professional Services team at Janrain prior to its acquisition by Akamai. Jennifer has also held key positions at Vesta Corporation, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Xerox, St. Edward's University, Lockheed Martin, and Next Jump. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership & Ethics from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Suffolk University.
