Carolyne Mwaura

Carolyne Mwaura is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Group Head of People at Onafriq since February 2024. Prior to this role, Carolyne held the position of Global Head of People at Wasoko from January 2019 to February 2024 and served as the Group Head of HR for Sub Saharan Africa at ROAM from March 2017 to July 2019. Carolyne's earlier career includes various roles at Anjarwalla & Khanna | ALN from August 2013 to March 2017, including Talent Manager for Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at CADIFF SYSTEMS LTD in 2013 and HR and Operations at Universal Laser from November 2003 to June 2012. Educational achievements include a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management, a Doctor of Law (JD) from Western State College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
