Charlotte Elsy is currently a Customer Success Manager at Onalytica, a position they have held for three years. Charlotte is originally from the UK and attended the University of York, where they studied Business Administration. While at university, they were heavily involved in the campus sports scene, serving as Tournament Secretary, Media and Marketing Secretary for the University of York Hockey Club, and Club Secretary for Vanbrugh College Hockey Club. Charlotte was also responsible for organizing Roses 2019 (the University of York’s Sporting Varsity competition against Lancaster University) and College Varsity (against Durham University Colleges).

Since graduating from university, Charlotte has devoted their career to customer success and relations. Charlotte is passionate about helping others and making sure they have a positive experience with the companies they work for. In their free time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with their family and friends, traveling, and playing sports.

Charlotte Elsy has a degree from the University of York in English Language and Linguistics. Charlotte also has A Levels in History, Geography, English Language, and French. Charlotte has GCSEs from Durham High School for Girls. Charlotte has also taken courses in web development and teaching English as a foreign language. Charlotte is a certified level 1 hockey coach.
