Laura Mariño has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Laura started their career in 2002 as a Human Resources Analyst/Finance Analyst at Teco Soft Argentina S.A. where they were responsible for payroll, compensation and market analysis, as well as vendor and client invoice control. Laura then moved on to Prima S.A. as an Account Analyst before joining DL Consultores SA (SAP Consultants) in 2005 as the Human Resources Responsible. In this role, they were involved in various HR functions such as performance evaluation, recruitment, training and development, payroll, and market analysis.
In 2007, Laura joined IBM as a Semi Senior Recruiter, where they handled full life cycle recruitment, job offer negotiations, and job postings. Laura then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2008 to 2016, managing compensation and benefits, reporting and analysis related to attrition, and annual incentive payment processes.
Most recently, Laura worked at Onapsis Inc. as an HR Manager, overseeing human resources functions for Argentina, the US, and Europe. Their responsibilities included recruiting, payroll, talent management, training, and office management. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of HR Director.
Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated expertise in various HR areas and has experience working with multiple countries and regions.
Laura Mariño received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales from 2003 to 2008. In 2018, they completed the Digital Talent Program at Digital House.
