Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as the Vice President of Partner and Product Marketing at Onbe. You will be responsible for all product and channel marketing initiatives for the company. This includes new product launches, channel and partner marketing, and commercialization efforts. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success and growth of our company. 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our B2B payments solutions. This involves conducting market research, establishing feedback loops with front line teams (Sales, Solutions & Account Executive) defining product positioning and messaging, and creating marketing plans for specific customer segments. You will also support the sales team with training and execution, and develop sales tools and collateral including ICPs, Personas, Battle-cards and RFP responses.

Channel & Partner Marketing: Lead the commercialization efforts for our B2B payments solutions by developing marketing programs and joint channel strategies with clients across Direct, Software, and FI channels. You will work closely with the Account Executive and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with their sales goals, ensuring the right packaging and go-to-market strategies are in place. Additionally, you will develop and implement channel and partner marketing strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth through our distribution channels.

Take the lead in marketing new product launches, working closely with the product teams to develop marketing strategies, create launch materials, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Your goal will be to drive awareness, enable Onbe Sales and Account Executive teams + reseller partners, generate excitement, and drive adoption of new products in the market.

Manage a team of product and channel marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their professional growth and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. You will actively contribute to strategic decision-making and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing, channel marketing in the B2B payments industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing and developing impactful teams.
  • Resilient mindset, with a strong work ethic and the ability to overcome challenges and setbacks.
  • A great teammate who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset, embracing new ideas and approaches, and constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • In-depth knowledge of payments market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful product marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving marketing objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Able to travel roughly 20% of the time.

This position is a hybrid (2 days in office) role for candidates that reside within 30 miles of our Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas based offices. For candidates outside the 30-mile threshold this role will be classified as remote.
