Liam Fischback

Liam Fischback is a seasoned professional in instructional design and learning experience, currently serving as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Onboard, powered by Conservice, since August 2024. Previously, Liam held the position of Instructional Designer at iNX Commercial Cleaning Solutions from January 2023 to August 2024, and worked at Utah State University as both Learning and Development Manager and Project Manager from August 2016 to May 2022. In addition to extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies, Liam owned Fischback Electronics from May 2013 to December 2020, where responsibilities included inventory management and performance analysis. Earlier in the career, Liam served as an Air Traffic Controller for the Federal Aviation Administration from 2008 to 2010. Educational qualifications include an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences, a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Learning Sciences, and a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, all from Utah State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
