Stephen Bach

Stephen Bach has a diverse and extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Stephen currently serves as the Director of Sales at OnBoard, where they have successfully implemented a new Nonprofit GTM strategy resulting in significant revenue growth. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Inside Sales at Social Solutions, where they led a large team and implemented a modern KPI framework to improve sales performance. Stephen also worked at Blackbaud in various sales management roles, leading teams, managing sales processes, and achieving impressive sales results. Before their time at Blackbaud, Stephen worked at Verizon Wireless as a Solutions Manager and Solutions Specialist. Overall, Stephen's work experience demonstrates their expertise in driving sales growth, managing teams, and implementing effective sales strategies.
