Carmina Rosen

Carmina Rosen is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, implementation management, and marketing. Currently serving as an Implementation Manager at OnCall Health since November 2021, Carmina has held various roles within the company, including Supervisor of Support and Senior Customer Experience Associate. Prior to OnCall Health, Carmina worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Cursor and as a Content Manager at Blossom and Tempest. Further experience includes serving as a Search Consultant at Centro Legal Works Inc. and a Customer Service Representative at Scotiabank. Carmina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Ryerson University and additional education from OCAD University.
