Juan "JT" Torain

Juan "JT" Torain has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles. Juan "JT" started their career as a Sergeant/Jumpmaster in the U.S. Army's 7th SFG(A), GSC from 1991 to 1996. Following this, they worked as a Finance/Sales Manager at Ciener Woods Ford from April 2004 to February 2005. In February 2005, they became the Vice President of MedTech Medical Staffing for a brief period until December 2005. Juan "JT" then served as a Business Development Contractor at OnceLogix LLC, an independent contractor for ShareNote, from November 2005 onwards. In 2006, Juan established their consulting company, J.Rainmaker Consulting, where they are currently the President & CEO. In October 2007, they took on the role of CEO at MHDDSAStaffing, which they held until March 2011.

Juan "JT" Torain's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Phoenix and completed it in 2007.
