Phil Gunning

Phil Gunning has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Phil started their career as the Director of Paclitaxel Research at InflaZyme Pharmaceuticals Inc in 1993, where they managed the research and extraction of paclitaxel from natural sources. Phil then joined Phytopharm plc in 1997 as the Director of Organic Chemistry, where they managed the CMC area of all development projects. Their role involved various activities such as medicinal chemistry, process research and development, and process scale-up.
