Kevin Kropf

Kevin Kropf is an experienced professional in client success and account management with a strong background in strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Client Success at OncoHealth since March 2020, Kropf previously held the position of Senior Director of Strategic Accounts at LexisNexis Risk Solutions from July 2007 to March 2020, where responsibilities included developing client-focused strategies and leading a team of National Account Directors. Prior to that, Kropf was the Vice President of Client Services & Sales Support at WebVisible, focusing on rebuilding a sales support department and managing client experiences. Kropf also served as the Director of Account Management at Fair Isaac Corporation’s Healthcare & Insurance Division from 1998 to 2006, overseeing a team that managed significant recurring revenue. Kropf holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine.
