Arley Havisto

Arley Havisto, PMP, CSM, is an experienced leader in client success and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Success at TTEC Digital since January 2023, Arley excels in enhancing client experiences to foster retention, growth, and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Arley held various positions at Avtex Solutions, including Director of Technology & Consulting and Chief of Staff following the company's acquisition by TTEC Digital in Spring 2021. Arley also has a diverse background in project management, having worked at Transcend United Technologies as Manager of Service Delivery and Project Manager. Arley holds educational credentials from the University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Duluth.
