Alesya Maruk has worked in a variety of roles in the scientific field. Alesya began their career in 2007 as an Engineer at the Frumkin Institute of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry. In 2009, they joined the Burnasyan Federal Medical Biophysical Center as a Junior Researcher and was later promoted to Researcher and Senior Researcher. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Senior Research Scientist at Oncoinvent AS.
Alesya Maruk completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Radiopharmaceutical Chemistry/Radiopharmacy at ETH Zürich from 2012 to 2015. Alesya then obtained their PhD in Radiochemistry from the Institute of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry from 2009 to 2013. Alesya also obtained an Engineer (Specialist) degree in Radiochemistry from D. Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia from 2003 to 2009. Additionally, they received the Drug and Brain certification from Coursera in February 2013.
