Mike Egan has extensive experience in customer success and service delivery across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success for Provider Solutions at OncoLens, Mike has also held significant roles including Vice President of Platform Operations and Vice President of Customer Success and Integrations at BenchSci, as well as Vice President of Customer Success & Service Delivery at Stack Sports. Additionally, Mike has contributed as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software and is recognized as a founding fellow of On Deck Customer Success. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Texas Tech University and participation in the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium program.
