Iesha Berry

Iesha (O'Deneal) Berry is an accomplished executive specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience in talent management and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as the VP, Chief Talent and Diversity Officer at DocuSign, Iesha leads global DEI initiatives and employee experience strategies. Additional roles include membership in the OnCon Senior Council and advisory board positions with Quintrix and Texas A&M University-Texarkana. Previous positions include Vice President at Slalom, where Iesha developed comprehensive diversity plans, and Senior Vice President at Bank of America, overseeing diversity and inclusion initiatives within Wealth Management. Iesha's education includes a Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota, a certification from Cornell University, and a BA from Tougaloo College.
