Astrid Rydheim

Astrid Rydheim has a diverse work experience in project management and strategic leadership roles. Astrid is currently working at Oncopeptides AB as the Global Associate Project Director - Commercial, responsible for project leadership and key opinion leader initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at AstraZeneca where they held various roles such as Senior Program Manager Lead, Strategic Project Lead, Quality System Manager, and Global Management Trainee. In these roles, they successfully managed strategic change programs, led global projects, and implemented process improvements. Astrid has extensive experience in managing teams, improving operations, and driving organizational change.

Astrid Rydheim began their education at Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverk (SSHL) from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued The Natural Sciences Program. Later, in 2009, they enrolled in Uppsala University, completing their Bachelor of Medical Science degree in 2011. In 2012, Astrid attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology, obtaining their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. During the same year, they also studied Communication at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, Astrid pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistic Management at the University of Warwick - WMG.
