Clay Turney

Clay Turney, PE, currently serves as the Transmission Planning Manager at Oncor Electric Delivery, a position held since January 2018, and has progressed through various roles including Consulting Engineer, Sr Engineer Technical Studies, and Technical Specialist. Prior to this, Clay was the Lead Protection and Control Technician at Oncor and gained experience as an Application Engineer at Megger from February 2017 to January 2018. Clay holds a Master's Degree in Quality and Engineering Management from Tarleton State University (2015-2019) and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Oklahoma State University.
