Matthew Gallagher

Matthew Gallagher, M.S.Ed, has extensive experience in instructional design and training, currently serving as a Training and Development Coordinator and Senior Instructional Designer at Oncor Electric Delivery since December 2015. Previous roles include Instructional Designer at Genesis 10 and various positions in customer service and membership coordination at institutions such as the Perot Museum of Nature and Science and Lubbock Community Theatre. Gallagher has also contributed as an Animal Massage Therapist focused on improving canine health and held positions in marketing and admissions at organizations like The Science Spectrum and AAA Boot and Shoe Repair. Gallagher holds a Master of Education in Learning Sciences from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Texas Tech University.
