Raphael Flood

Raphael Flood is a Senior Counsel at Oncor Electric Delivery since November 2018. Prior to this, worked as a Senior Attorney/Attorney at Atmos Energy from September 2013 to November 2018. Previously, served as an Associate in Real Estate Development & Investments at Winstead PC from September 2007 to August 2013. Additionally, held positions as a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist at AstraZeneca, a National Account Manager at EMTEQ, and a Recruiter at Onsite Commercial Staffing. Flood holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. in Politics and Medieval and Renaissance Studies from The University of Dallas. Flood completed their high school education at Northridge Preparatory School.
