Tracy Mitchell

Tracy Mitchell has accumulated extensive experience in the land and resource management sector over a career that spans more than a decade. Currently serving as a Right-of-Way Agent and previously as a Right-of-Way Analyst at Oncor Electric Delivery since May 2022, Tracy has held multiple roles that include Contract Lease Analyst positions at Moncrief Oil Company and Stockyards Land Services, as well as a Lease Analyst role at XTO Energy. Additional experience includes positions as a Landman at Purple Land Management and Holland Aquisitions, and as a Title Agent at TexRock Land Services. Beginning a career as a Lease Analyst at Holland Acquisitions, Tracy has developed a strong foundation in land management and contractual analysis.
