Bill Ukropina

Bill Ukropina has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Bill started their career at CB Richard Ellis in 1984, where they served as a First Vice President and specialized in leasing and sales. During their time there, their office ranked #6 nationally out of 96 offices in 1989. In 2006, Mr. Ukropina co-founded the North County office of Coldwell Banker Commercial and served as the President of the Office Properties Division until 2018. Under their leadership, the company grew from 4 to 31 employees despite a challenging real estate environment. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Vice President at Colliers-International. Since 2019, they have been the Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Bill Ukropina earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Communications from Washington State University, completing their studies from 1974 to 1979.
