Shanté Williams

Shanté Williams, MS, PHR, currently serves as a Board Member for Gorilla Faith, focusing on mental health advocacy in the race car community, and as Vice President of Human Resources at Oncourse Home Solutions, overseeing HR strategy for a private equity-held organization. Previously, Shanté held senior leadership roles, including Sr. Vice President of People & Culture at Orion Talent, and Vice President of Human Resources for the Greater Chicago Food Depository. With extensive experience across various sectors, including manufacturing and staffing, Shanté has successfully driven initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and comprehensive HR strategies in multi-site environments. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Benedictine University and a BA from the University of Southern California.
