Sr Accountant

Job Summary

Participate in financial activities of the company and help to ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Duties

• Assist in corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, financial risk management, and the development of internal control policies and procedures.

• Assist in providing comprehensive financial updates to senior managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points. Participate in the guidance of financial decisions in the application of company policies and procedures to current economic landscape.

• Assist in the achievement of budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions.

• Assist in the development and support of short- and long-term operational strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field with 8+ years’ experience in accounting and finance. CPA preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
