Aisha Kanafina

Aisha Kanafina has a diverse work experience. Aisha started their career in 2015 as an Event Organizer and Partnerships Development Manager at the Association of Students Organizations of KSTU “Zhas Orda”. In 2018, they took on a Student Intern role at House-Building Plant LLP "GLB". Since 2021, they have been working as a Sales Operations Manager, Sales Development Representative and Business Development Associate at Ondato. As a Sales Development Representative, they are the Country Manager for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. As a Business Development Associate, they are responsible for Ondato's multi-functional compliance management suite from customer on-boarding to verification and monitoring.

Aisha Kanafina has obtained a Master's degree in Electronic Business Management from Mykolas Romeris University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering and Technologies from Karaganda State Technical University from 2015 to 2019.
