Noah Breslow is the current CEO at OnDeck, and has been in this role since 2007. Prior to OnDeck, Noah was with Bain Capital Ventures. Noah has also served as Board Observer for Linear Financial Technologies since March 2021.

Noah Breslow is a business executive who has spent their career in various leadership roles within the financial industry. Noah is currently the CEO of OnDeck, a position they have held since 2007. OnDeck is a small business lender that uses data science and digital technology to make real-time lending decisions and deliver capital rapidly to small businesses online.

Under Noah's leadership, OnDeck has provided nearly $14 billion in financing to over 100,000 small businesses in the United States, Canada and Australia. OnDeck became profitable in 2017, and 2019, OnDeck posted revenue of $445 million, net income of $28 million, and employed over 700 people. In 2020, COVID impacted OnDeck's business, and Noah led a strategic process which resulted in OnDeck's acquisition by Enova International (NYSE: ENVA), a leading online consumer lender.

From October 2020 until April 2021, Noah served as the Vice Chairman of Enova, and oversaw a process to spin out OnDeck's ODX business and merge it with Fundation to form Linear Financial Technologies, which is now a standalone company providing digital account origination technology to financial institutions.

Noah Breslow has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Noah also has certifications from Coursera in Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Learning Specialization, Sequence Models, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Hot Topics in 100 Most Influential Fintech Leaders 2016.
