Agnes Maganga currently serves as the Tanzania Carbon Projects Specialist at One Acre Fund since April 2025. Previously, Agnes held the position of Regional Community Development Coordinator for WASH Projects at Water Mission from June 2020 to March 2025, where responsibilities included coordinating community-based projects funded by UNICEF and engaging with local stakeholders to facilitate project initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as an Operation Officer and Community Service Officer within the Refugee Services Department of the Ministry of Home Affairs, as well as serving as a Benefit Processing Officer at NSSF. Agnes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Project Planning, Management, and Community Development from The University of Dodoma, obtained from 2009 to 2012.
