Arnold Mulama is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations, systems performance, and research. Currently serving as a Business Operations & Systems Performance Specialist at One Acre Fund since October 2013, Arnold has held various roles including Insurance Lead, Field Ops Projects & Compliance Coordinator, and Field Operations Administrative Manager, demonstrating expertise in resource management, compliance, and administrative coordination. Prior to One Acre Fund, Arnold worked as a Research Assistant at the Ethics & Anti-Corruption Commission and held positions at Positive Partner Network and the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission.
