Daniel Madrigho Nduhura

Daniel Madrigho Nduhura is a professional with extensive experience in customer service and workplace management. Currently serving as a Rwanda Call-Center Operator at One Acre Fund since June 2021, Daniel is responsible for handling inbound client calls and maintaining a hotline database. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a Rwanda Office Attendee Officer at One Acre Fund - Rwanda, ensuring workplace safety, security, organization, and cleanliness from July 2020 to June 2021. Daniel's career began as a Security Officer at KKSecurity Rwanda LTD from January 2018 to July 2020 and included a role as a Receptionist at Fresh Oven Bakery, where responsibilities included managing incoming calls and forwarding them to appropriate departments. Daniel's educational background includes a Level 2 degree in Business Administration and Management from the School of Finance and Banking and a High School Diploma from Kagarama Secondary School.
