Ibukun Igbinosa

Ibukun Igbinosa is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries, including agriculture and education. Currently serving as the Nigeria People Lead at One Acre Fund since September 2022, Igbinosa previously held the position of Director, People at Bridge International Academies and also served as Director of People for Bridge Nigeria, a subsidiary of NewGlobe. As the pioneer head of HR at The Place Nigeria, Igbinosa successfully established the HR department, significantly contributing to the company’s growth from three to seventeen locations and increasing the workforce from over 400 to more than 1500 employees within three years. Additional roles include consulting positions with Innovectives LLC and Inspiro Consulting, where Igbinosa delivered comprehensive HR and business advisory services. Igbinosa holds a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Obafemi Awolowo University.
