Janvier Iradukunda is an experienced professional in government relations and environmental management. Since January 2017, Janvier has held the position of Local Government Relations Senior Specialist at One Acre Fund, overseeing engagement with government officials in the North and Western Provinces to ensure project execution aligns with government policies. Prior to this role, Janvier served as a Local Government Relations Senior Coordinator, establishing vital relationships with officials in several districts to facilitate project implementation. Janvier's earlier experience includes working as an Environmental Mainstreaming Officer at the Ministry of Local Government in Rwanda, where action plans integrating environmental considerations into planning were developed. Janvier holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from Kampala International University and a Bachelor's degree in Land Use Planning and Management from Kabale University.
