Kingsley Konkwo

Kingsley Konkwo, also known as Kiko, currently works as Global Talent Sourcing & Outreach at One Acre Fund since April 2023, focusing on social impact and recruiting talented individuals. Prior to this, Kingsley served as Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition Partner at Qore, where efforts centered on automating financial services in Africa. Experience also includes leading recruitment and training teams at Energi Talent Resourcing in the power and energy sectors, and holding roles as Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at FMCG Search, managing talent needs in the FMCG/pharmaceutical industry. Kingsley's early career included a position as Customer Experience Manager at Jumia Nigeria and an Executive Assistant role at the Ministry of Youth and Sport. Kingsley holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering.
