Elda Gostivari

Elda Gostivari has extensive experience in management and technical support roles within telecommunications companies such as One Albania, Deutsche Telekom, and OTE Group of Companies. With a background in IT and a Master's degree in Business Administration, Elda has demonstrated expertise in Network Management Systems, Planning and Optimization tools, and Geographic Information Systems. Elda also worked as an IT Specialist in the Ministry of Justice and has a strong technical support background from Albania Online SP SHPK.
