Kristi Smoot

Kristi Smoot’s talents as a licensed contractor and her construction expertise coupled with her love of the adjusting profession and entrepreneurial spirit led to the co-founding of One Call Claims in 2011. She has served as VP of Account Management, Chief Marketing Officer and now, her industry knowledge, organizational skills and vision have led to her current position as President. In addition to these vast array of talents and leadership capabilities, Kristi holds a B.S. Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Marketing. With a combined total of thirty years in the insurance claims industry and construction, her industry knowledge and experience are a perfect fit to lead the One Call Claims team into the future.
