Murray Moerman is an experienced leader in church planting and development, currently serving as a volunteer with OC International's Global Church Planting Network since January 2020, following a tenure that began in March 2006. Previously, as the Europe Area Director, responsibilities included training teams and overseeing recruitment and problem-solving initiatives. From 1995 to 2005, Murray founded and developed a national network for Outreach Canada focused on church planting in underserved areas. Earlier, as the Founding Pastor of New Life Community Church from 1976 to 1995, Murray oversaw the establishment of four additional congregations in the Vancouver area. Murray's educational background includes a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary and multiple degrees in Theology, Religious Vocations, Sociology, and Psychology from various institutions, including Western Theological Seminary and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
