Chaza Rammal

Chaza Rammal has diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Student Intern at Nature Conservation Center NCC, where they were responsible for securing findings for an annual biodiversity competition, coordinated with sponsors, and assisted in marketing campaigns.

In 2017, Chaza interned at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering University of Belgrade as an Intern at the Polymer Research Laboratory. Here, they synthesized hydrogel polymers, evaluated their activities using UV/VIS spectrophotometer, and prepared test reports. Chaza also operated various laboratory equipment and maintained adherence to laboratory policies.

Moving on, in 2018, Chaza worked as a Research Assistant at the Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs, specifically in the Climate Change & Environment Programme. In this role, they researched clean energy technologies, analyzed the implications of water sector strategies, and explored opportunities for policy interlinkages between sectors.

In 2019, Chaza interned as a Chemical Engineer at UNDP, where they led a biogas project, performed techno-economic analysis, developed a strategy model for a biogas plant, and increased manufacturing efficiency by 15%.

In 2020, Chaza had two roles. Firstly, they worked as a Chemical Engineer Intern at Zahrani Oil Installations (ZOIL), where they performed laboratory tests, recorded results, and maintained accurate documentation. Secondly, they were a Research Assistant at the Lebanese Oil and Gas Initiative (LOGI), where they assisted with research on various topics related to oil and gas.

In 2021, Chaza worked as a Freelancer at digiTAL Lebanon, where they utilized their skills in an independent capacity. Currently, they hold the position of LCA Data Engineer at One Click LCA.
