Lolita Randle has extensive experience in case management and support services, currently serving as a Medical Case Manager at One Community Health Sacramento since April 2018. In this role, Lolita focuses on identifying barriers to care for patients, coordinating resources, and developing comprehensive care plans. Prior to this position, Lolita worked as a Case Manager at Volunteers of America from September 2013 to March 2018, where responsibilities included assisting participants with self-reliance and addressing issues related to education, employment, and housing. Early experience includes roles as a Para Educator and Youth Mentor with AmeriCorps, providing academic support and independent living services to youth. Lolita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Services from California State University-Sacramento, completed in 2009.
