Jeff Fiori

Jeff Fiori has held various leadership roles in the telecommunications industry since 2002. Jeff began their career at tw telecom, inc. as Regional Vice President, where they were responsible for revenue growth, market development, and teams of sales, customer care, and operations. Jeff was then promoted to Vice President/General Manager for the Albany, Syracuse, and Binghamton markets. In 2015, they joined Level 3 Communications as General Manager, and in 2017 they moved to CenturyLink as VP General Manager. Most recently, in 2018, they became President of OneConnect, Inc. where they have been focusing on delivering exceptional care and new services to customers, with an emphasis on revenue growth.

Jeff Fiori completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Binghamton University from 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville from 1984 to 1986.
