Cheryl Milejczak has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Cheryl recently worked at One Door as the Director of Customer Success since February 2022, and prior to that, they were a Senior Client Services Manager at the same company from July 2018 to February 2022.
Before joining One Door, Cheryl held various positions at AT&T. Cheryl worked as a Director of Marketing Management from March 2017 to January 2018, leading a diverse team in managing multiple sales and customer service tools. Cheryl also drove strategic enhancements to these tools and oversaw project management and communication to sales and support channels. From November 2016 to March 2017, they served as the Director of Local, Sponsorship & Diversity Merchandising, leading a team in new technology development, integration, and the implementation of local sponsorship and diversity strategies.
Cheryl's work experience at AT&T also includes roles such as Director of Product Marketing & Prescriptive Merchandising, where they led the prescriptive team in product resets for retail stores and implemented tool enhancements for improved functionality and customer experience from December 2014 to June 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Manager at AT&T Mobility from March 2011 to October 2012, leading a national team in the identification and removal of sales barriers and managing sales operations compensation delivery.
Prior to their time at AT&T, Cheryl worked at Cricket Wireless as a Senior Manager of Communication & Workforce Management, where they led communication strategy, onboarding and offboarding of sales employees, and developed sales headcount planning analysis and recommendations from October 2012 to December 2014.
Cheryl's earlier experience includes roles at Cingular, where they served as a Senior Manager in sales operations content management from January 2007 to August 2009, a Manager in sales operations program execution from October 2005 to December 2006, and a Senior Manager in product and offer implementation support from August 2002 to September 2005. Cheryl also worked at AT&T Wireless Services as the Director of Product & Offer Implementation from January 1999 to July 2002, overseeing the successful implementation and tracking of over 350 new initiatives each year.
Cheryl Milejczak earned their High School diploma in 1988 from Mount Saint Mary High School. Following that, they attended Saint Anselm College from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Computer Science. Between 1990 and 1992, Cheryl pursued further studies in Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Later, they enrolled in Nova Southeastern University from 1998 to 2000, completing their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
