Sonal J.

Sonal J. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sonal began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Iscope India Pvt. Ltd in 2000 and worked there until 2001. Sonal then joined P & O Nedlloyd as an Analyst for a brief period from 2002 to 2003. Sonal subsequently joined R Systems in 2003 as a Team Leader and later transitioned to the role of Account Manager from 2009 to 2012. In 2015, they joined One Door as a Senior Technical Project Manager and held this position until 2019. From 2019 onwards, Sonal served as the Director of Technical Project Management at One Door. In February 2023, they were promoted to the role of Director of Engineering Operations, where they currently work.

Sonal J. has obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution. Sonal also holds an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Currently, Sonal is pursuing the Executive Program in Women's Leadership EPWL2023 at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute.
